YISD – New Del Valle Elementary School
We offered geotechnical engineering consulting and materials testing for a significant two-story elementary school project, ensuring compliance and quality.
Date Completed: January 2012
We provided comprehensive geotechnical engineering consulting services and construction materials testing for a significant project involving a two-story elementary school campus. Our team was dedicated to evaluating and assessing the geotechnical aspects of the site, ensuring the stability and suitability of the ground for construction.
Geotechnical field services formed a vital part of our work, including drilling borings to collect soil samples for laboratory analysis and soil classification tests. Based on our findings, we developed pavement and foundation recommendations to guide the construction process.
Throughout the construction phase, we conducted rigorous quality assurance testing to verify that materials used on-site met the project specifications and plans. This included performing in-place field density testing, as well as collecting samples such as concrete cylinders, mortar cubes, and grout prisms for compressive strength testing.
By providing expert geotechnical engineering consulting and precise construction materials testing services, we played a pivotal role in ensuring the project's adherence to industry standards and achieving its successful completion.
